职责描述： 1. 负责跟踪和解释欧盟和美国新法规要求，确保相关部门及时获知最新法规要求 Responsible for tracking and explaining new regulatory requirements including EU and US market make sure that related department can get the newest regulatory requirements in time. 2.Topical studies on new automotive technology standards and industry trends, including but not limited to: autonomous driving, cyber security, assisted driving technologies, emissions, new energy policies, information security, carbon neutrality, chemicals management, radio, etc. 对新汽车技术标准与行业趋势进行专向研究，研究方向包括但不限于：自动驾驶、网络安全、辅助驾驶技术、排放、新能源政策、信息安全、碳中和、化学品管理、无线电准入等 3.Research, monitor, study, digest and interpret the global vehicle regulations/standards including national deviations and state requirements (including EU, USA, Japan, South Korea, India, ASEAN， Middle East etc.). 研究、跟踪、分析、消化和解读全球汽车法规，分析不同国家差异和技术要求（包括欧盟，美国，日本，韩国，印度，东盟国家，海湾国家等） 任职要求： 1. 工程/管理学位 Degree in Engineering / Management 2. 8-10年以上证法规工作经验 At least 8-10 years regulation working experience 3.精通欧盟标准和美国标准 Familiar with EU standard and US standard 4. 勇于承担压力和挑战 Able to working under pressure and challenge with passion 5. 具备良好的通用计算机能力，包括：MS办公套件 Good general computer skills etc. MS office suite 6. 专业的沟通技能和跨领域的领导力 Professional communication skills and leadership behavior cross functions
