Primary Purpose of Role
Operations, coordination of customer ordering, shipping, billing, return/exchange as well as the out-sourced service. Control the out-sourced service and the vendor’s performance.
Communication with Sales, distributors or end customers and cross functions to clarify customer requirement and abnormal demand, provide better service to them and enhance customer experience.
Process automation, optimization, continuous improvement with China team and international team.
Regularly review and manage processes/KPIs (Order-To-Invoice, Return/Exchange, customer complaints) with relevant functions Order-To-Invoice, Return/Exchange, customer complaints.
Perform data governance, business analysis and reporting to support leaderships, peers, cross functional requirements for well understood and monitor the business operations.
Support line supervisor to lead and drive projects for process optimization and improvement, cross functional changes and business objectives achievement.
Process governance and compliance full fill.

Good at the practice in the SAP OTI fields; stands for the SAP key user/trainer or with the capability, to be the mentor of the SAP OTI operators;
Facilitate customer ordering operations and monitor the SAP OTI operations on daily basis. Not limited to exchange
