Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.Strong problem-solving capabilities, able to strategize optimal ways to configure Salesforce to meetspecific business requirements.
Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including Agile and ScrumPossession of Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce CertifiedAdvanced Administrator.demonstrating advanced proficiency in the platform.
