岗位职责:
任职要求:summary:
this position is concerned with the day to day running of all fb operation of highest food safety produce of all fb staff in their respective outlets.
responsibilities:
•
communicates with executive chef on all aspects of the kitchen management, to ensure proper co-ordination of instructions and directives.
•
follow up instructions given by executive chef and reports back any observations.
•
attends all meetings and follows any directives given therein. advises executive chef on all topics of importance.
•
streamlines all training requirements between sous chef in charge of training and all section leaders and co-ordinates all arrangements for proper execution of instructions.
•
fulfill the daily check list from silliker and report to executive chef on daily base.
•
ensures correct hygienic procedures, checks and controls refrigerators to ensure proper food turnovers and cleanliness of all outlets
•
spot checks before service hours and thereafter in regular intervals in all food producing outlets and buffets and gives immediate attention in case of any discrepancies.
•
to make duty food samples
•
support training department and silliker training
general
•
at all times he should keep a good working relationship with other departments and employees to ensure full co-operations and commitment from all.
•
should have a certificate of hotel and catering kitchen apprentice. far east experience would be an advantage.
