Job Description Eaton Electrical now has an opening for Lead Analyst HR Program located at Shanghai China. PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Lead HR Program Analysts main responsibility is to work with HRM HRBR and senior operations leaders to develop recommend and implement HR programs initiatives that support Electronics Divisions objectives and strategies ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Annalise the organizational needs and serves as an expert on HR programs such as organizational effectiveness leadership development manager training team development and change management initiatives ensure organization practices align with Eaton Philosophy Take ownership of multiple HR programs in the area of business floworg.
