进出口助理 Import & Export Assistant 岗位职责 Job description 1、进出口货物通关的单据制作，清关进度追踪，以促使各货代配合及时完成工作； Documents preparation for import and export customs clearance, clearance process tracking, to contact with each forwarder to complete clearance on time; 2、卫检证书的申请和留档； Application CIQ sanitary certificate & save file; 3、QAD进口费用录入，文件整理归档； QAD operate, file consolidation and save. 4、进出口相关费用的请款与结算； Settlement for import & export clearance costs; 5、出境货物原产地证申领； Application certificate of origin; 6、完成领导安排的其它工作。 Complete other works arranged by leadership. 任职资格Qualification 1、专科或以上学历，国际贸易、物流类相关专业，英语4级以上； Junior college or above degree, international trade, logistics or related major, CET 4 or above; 2、熟练运用office软件； Familiar with office software; 3、善于表达、沟通，有良好的服务意识，有团队合作精神； Good at expression, communication, has the good service consciousness, have the team cooperation spirit; 4、工作认真、细致，责任心强，有良好的职业道德和素养，能承受一定工作压力。 Work hard, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, has the good professional ethics and quality, can bear certain work pressure.
